The program educational objectives (PEO’s) are broader statements that the student is supposed to accomplish and develop successful career after the completion of Post-Graduation in CAD/CAM/CAE.   Based on inputs collected from various sources, such as entry survey form, parents , alumni, employer, department advisory board and followed with subsequent discussions in board of  studies, following programme  educational  objectives and programme  outcomes are finalized for the post graduate programme in  CAD-CAM-CAE.

Programme Educational Outcome (PEO):-

PEO_1: Graduates  will apply knowledge of Computer aided design, simulation, manufacturing to pursue successful career in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

PEO_2: Graduates  will become innovators, entrepreneurs, academicians  and  provide services to address technical ,business and social challenges .

PEO_3: Graduates  will engross in lifelong learning such as higher studies, research and other continuous professional development activities.

Programme Outcome (PO):-

At the end of the program graduates are able to

PO_1: Apply subject knowledge to build mathematical model and solve engineering problems especially in the areas of design & manufacturing  

PO_2:  Design, analyze and interpret data of complex engineering problems using experimental & design tools.

PO_3: Contribute to scientific knowledge through  design and development of  a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints

PO_4: Contribute positively towards common goals through collaborative and multi-disciplinary work

PO_5: Identify, formulate, and suggest alternate solutions to the critical engineering problems.

PO_6: Acquire professional and intellectual integrity, professional code of conduct, ethics of research and understanding of responsibility to contribute for sustainable development of society

PO_7: Communicate effectively and confidently regarding complex engineering activities with scientific community and also society.

PO_8: Apply domain knowledge necessary to understand the impact of engineering solution in a global and societal context.

PO_9: Engross in lifelong learning with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment

PO_10: Attend contemporary issues through independent and reflective learning.                                                                             

PO_11: Select and learn modern engineering and IT tools to solve complex engineering problems
